Masters in Tropical Fish Species
Origin makes the difference.
All of our wild fish are sourced from artisanal fishing vessels from the coasts of Costa Rica, Brazil, Ecuador and Panamá. We make sure their practices and products comply with the highest quality and sustainability standards.

Leaders in Snapper Farming
Pioneer farmers of the delicious Spotted Rose Snapper (Lutjanus guttatus).
Our aquaculture division is vertically integrated all the way from the hatchery to the processing facility and has a 4 star BAP certification.

Tuna
Our in-house fine-tuned grading sets us apart from the rest. Tuna experts grade every single tuna for texture, color, freshness before offering it for sale. Our Yellowfin tuna is line-caught and is available year-round.

Mahi Mahi
Mahi-mahi widely known as Dorado peaks from October to January when water temperatures drop near the shores of Costa Rica and Panama. Line caught and sampled by our quality control team to make sure it meets best standards of quality and freshness.

Farmed Spotted Rose Snapper
Our Rose Snapper are raised 3 miles offshore in the pristine tropical waters of Costa Rica. To date, we are the only company in the world producing Rose Snapper commercially.

Swordfish
We offer a year-round supply of swordfish in a variety of sizes and grades from locally based offshore fishermen. Swordfish is caught in deep waters and has become an important species for long liners.

Grouper
We source premium quality Grouper on a year round basis from local artisan fishing vessels. Caught in areas near rocks using hand line or bottom long line, found in waters from 98 ft to 395 ft of depth.

Wild Snapper
Silk and Lane Snappers are core to our business. We have created long-standing relationships with artisanal fishing communities, which led to the creation of Costa Rica’s first Sustainable Fishery.

Corvina
We offer Golden Corvina as well as Silver Corvina. Silver is available on a year round basis while the Golden usually has fishing restrictions in certain countries becoming more scarce especially from May to July. Its known for its firm white meat and widely used for ceviches.

King Clip
We source this rounded eel-like body species through longliners off the coasts of Costa Rica and Panamá. Its dense but tender texture, as well as its mild, lightly sweet flavor, makes it a growing popularity fish.

Wahoo
This species is found in tropical and subtropical seas. Its flesh is white and known for its good quality. Its solitary lifestyle makes it hard to source on a large scale.
